Throughout her career, Sheenita has led initiatives that produced measurable impact, including developing a Personal Development Plan that moved over 80% of staff toward their goals, conducting more than 200+ performance reviews to support growth and alignment, and training over 500+ employees through a countywide Continuous Process Improvement program.

In her role as Director of Business & Information Technology at Kellogg Community College and as an Adjunct Professor, Sheenita continues to shape future leaders while advising organizations on workforce development and organizational effectiveness.
